Most of our services come with a 12-month guarantee, but for materials, products, or boilers we source from suppliers, the manufacturer's warranty will apply. Workmanship

For your peace of mind, we offer a 12-month guarantee on most of our work.

We work hard to make sure the quality of our tradespeople’s work meets both your expectations and ours. Our aim is always your complete satisfaction. However, on the rare occasion that our work doesn’t meet the expected standard, we’ll come back and fix the issue at no extra cost to you.

There are some types of work, such as clearing blocked drains, where we can’t provide the 12-month guarantee. This will be noted on your invoice. If you have any questions, feel free to call us, and our helpful team will be happy to assist.

Materials

Materials and parts are usually covered by the manufacturer's guarantee or warranty.

At Grants Plumbing and Heating, when we provide materials or parts for your job, they are typically backed by the manufacturer's guarantee, not ours. These warranties often cover the repair or replacement of faulty items for a certain period, usually 12 months, but it can differ depending on the product.
These guarantees are legally binding, and information on how to make a claim should be included with the product, either on the packaging, receipt, or proof of purchase. This is in addition to your rights as a customer, which should also be clearly outlined.

Boilers

We recommend top boiler brands like Ideal and Vaillant, which can offer warranties of up to 12 years to keep your home warm.

Our team will handle everything, including registering your warranty, providing aftercare, annual servicing, and carrying out Gas Safety checks.

If you have any issues with your boiler that’s still under warranty, you’ll need to contact the manufacturer directly for support.
